A game is duplicated because one of the games has a wrong date. How do I fix this?
Since each team is in charge of reporting their own stats for a game, it is important that each team setup the game properly. If the teams enter the same game with different dates, the game will be duplicated. The team that entered the game with the wrong date needs to fix this. Open DakStats, and click Configure | Games. Then select the game that you need to change. Change the date and click Save. Synchronize again and merge the two games together.

The Website has me playing against the wrong team. I checked DakStats and the game has the proper opponent. What is wrong.
You probably assigned the wrong team code to your opponent that game. Check the team code again and make sure it is correct for the team that you played.

What does the message MSXML not installed mean?
MSXML is used during the Web-Sync process. If it is not installed on your computer, you can install the DakStats Webcast to get the proper components. Go to the Download Center at DakStats.com and download the DakStast Webcast demo.

My conference record is wrong. How can I fix it?
Overall and conference records are calculated nightly based on what is in your Season Results on the website. Check in DakStats under Configure | Games to make sure each of your games are setup properly as conference and non-conference. If your games are correct, the problem lies with your opponent. Game scores and conference/non-conference settings are changed to match whichever team has synchronized most recently. If you synchronize again, the game will be marked properly as a conference game in the Season Result, but will be incorrect if your opponent reports without fixing the game.

My record and team stats did not update after I Web-Synced. Why not?
Box Scores, game-by-game stats and season results (schedules) are available on the website immediately after using the Web-Sync. Other stats are calculated nightly because they take a significant amount of time to "crunch". Reports that are calculated nightly include: season stats for teams and individuals, standings, leaders, overall and conference records.

The score for my game keeps changing. Why does this happen?
Even though each team only uploads their own stats for a game, DakStats will use the score from the person who reported last. We have no way of knowing who is reporting it properly. If the score is different it will change until the team that has entered the incorrect score fixes the problem.
